Glad you joined us. Tell us all about yourself.
I have a cousin who lives in Wann.

Some people carry a switch to ward off the
meanies.
I just put my foot under them and send them flying.
You could by with two roosters for 22 hens. Three is ok but more than enough.

Well today is a slow day. I had a whole list of things to do but daughter called and had to go to school and the grandbaby is sick so Carl and I are babysitting a sick 8 1/2 month old.

what did I go home with...well...

Bubba got a trio of Shamos from Richard...always....we got...like 4 pair of german modenas, 2 pair italian owls, 1 pair german field, 3 Lahores...those are pigeons and that is what followed us from the show

from blanchard we might have gotten some mini rex bunnies...like 8...and like 6 game hen pullets...4 non-discript bantams...might be for food for something...tried for a few other things but they wanted them way more than I did...I think that was it...

from Mike D...we got like 5 game roos...and 2 indian fantail pigeons...

from Canadian Bob...8 cool colored homers, 2 mookies, couple duck nest boxes...

I think that is it...maybe...

I never know this far out what she is going to bring. I'm sure she will have pretty much the same as what she had the last time. Maybe a few different ones but we don't have that much in the way of show stock.

Glad you got me thinking in that direction.

I have a few poultry show questions...it was our 1st show and I bought a bantam RIR pullet that I just loved. She was in a cage with a roo, and looked fine...and acted fine, for awhile. Now she will have a bloody poo about every 10 poos (she has had 3 since saturday). She doesnt want to walk and just sits on the hay. My daughter wants to isolate her, but I put her in with 1 OE pullet so she would have a chicken to bond with. She eats and drinks fine...is it a seperation anxiety type deal? Is this normal stress related post chicken show depression?

I would isolate her to just to be safe. Give her some boiled egg chopped up and maybe try and get her to drink some gatorade.
