Getting sleepy and 5:00am comes early. See my early birds friends in the morning over coffee.

Maybe you could just wake them up after the bell rings, instead of before it rings. Let them sleep awhile longer in your classroom.

Instant Rooster Death Syndrome

I am glad I asked. I couldn't even come up with a silly phrase to match those letters.

Sorry for being a smart aleck. I blame Teach.

I don't know what else to call it. One minute the rooster is eating and drinking and the next he is dead.

Yes Al, 5:00 a.m. does come early. I doubt I'll be up to see 5:00 a.m.
I am gonna wait on his friend 7:00 a.m.

Then I'll have my Dutch Choclate Capouchin

Actually, I thought it was a great name. I have had roosters that died of it as well - but in my situation they were mean roosters and I had an ax in my hand.

With all the weather changes last week, I did lose several pullets for no obvious reason. I hope

that they were the ones I was getting ready to cull because they appeared to have respiratory issues.

Lynn, if the guy fills a single cage with different breeds of fancy pigeons, won't he wind up with Heinz 57 pigeons instead of the expensive, fancy kind?

The runts will be easier to find than the others. But expect to shell out a lot! Both are pretty pricey. In ok
A I'd say the best bet would be to get a hold of Michael. He seems to be able to come up with rare breeds most often!
