how many birds will this hold

Not real sure. We can hold about 10 bantams in them and they still have plenty of space. We will be building larger ones for our large fowl later. Adding an extra 2 foot of height as well as width.

kool , i have a 36 ft barn that i used for my horses that im turning into my new chicken coop , the run is 36 ft wide and about 72 feet long , im going to make breeding pens for the bantams in the barn aread where they have runs that go outside , and then i have the breeding pens i already made for the large fowl , this weather doesnt help get the building finished

This is the first year we have gotten to use them. they were great during the summer, the inside stayed about 5 to 10 degrees cooler. And so far they have been great this winter. I knew that the waterers hadnt froze yet but with the weather we had today I thought for sure we would have frozen waterers, especially since the one gallon jugs were about empty. But Carl came in this morning and said they were fine. I am amazed. All my birds that we have these pens for have stayed healthy looking during the summer and winter, it doesnt seem like any temperature swings have been bothering them. And since we keep them on fresh ground I havent had a sick bird in them yet! Not even a sneeze...LOL. We built a smaller version for a grow out and will build some more then next it will be on to building larger pens for the large fowl and some kind of a dolly or wheels so I can move them once a week as well.

Edited because I am apparently to tired to spell.
