You guys were just what I needed after a stressful day. Went and picked up my Mom's cat from the nursing home today. Might as well have thrown 150.00 out the danged window... I was thinking of Stimp's "free cat" thing. I was on the phone all day getting info on Publishers Clearinghouse and what to do about all that. And the hospital bills that are piling up. Have to go take care of some of that tomorrow and go to the funeral for that family that was killed on my road Thursday... I guess the mom is in rough shape and on life support...sorta makes my crap and griping about it look stupid...

Hey new folks et al. welcome aboard... just jump in and go with the flow.

I'm all for POOPS in the fall... but maybe everyone should bring their own food? That way no one bears the entire burden of the expense and cooking.... and will lighten the load... eh...just a thought..... whatever y'all decide I'm in. Monty... I hope the KOA stuff wasn't too burdensome...

Well got some dinner to get for the hubby....City... your pics were awesome...I was thinking of making a scrapbook.... I really had the best time....and whoever said it was like family that hadn't seen each other in awhile was right on....

thing. Guess it was the grey hair.......when Teach got there...
we played a little game of those that were sitting there and
"who is everyone"....LOL He pegged me right out of the gate.....
And, bless his heart...Pa-Pa got pegged because he was
sitting beside me..........LOL

I know I am coming in late with this but I also wanted to commend the kids on how great they all were! There wasn't one of them that wouldn't help anytime someone asked! That is something that is hard to find these days. I know my daughter is hoping the next one is at a time she can be there. I also wished I would of camped out just so I could of spent more time with everyone. There seemed to be so little time to talk with everyone. I am really looking forward to seeing you all again!!

I was hoping to make it to the auction (Chupps I think) but I have other things going on. Maybe I can make it next month.

I am working on getting all the pictures up for everyone to go to one place to see them all. Monty in the chicken hat is as close as we will get to chickendales this year TJ's nana!

It was great to get to visit with you again! I know Dad enjoyed talking, too

A poultry show at our Fall Gathering is a great idea to me, and I would surely help in any way! Oh, and since I didn't call you anything close to an idiot, I am not yet disqualified

All the eggs from POOPS are in an incubator, including the 80 quail eggs. I had forgotten that each one of the quail sized egg holders on the egg turner in a hova bator will hold 20 quail eggs. The quail eggs are so cute!
