Just to set the record straight, Stimpy wasn't called an "idiot" he was called a "cooking fool" - which by anyone other than Stimpy would have been recognized for the compliment it was intended to be.
After talking to Stimpy for several hours, I can think of several names to describe him and his keen intellect, sense of honor, and dry sense of humor - but an idiot? Not a chance.

Is it possible to have a football game in the Fall without hitting some football weekend?
I try to schedule my Fall church blood drive on a weekend other than bedlam or OU/Texas, but other than that, I consider myself lucky if at either OU or OSU have an "away" game the weekend of the blood drive.
The location will probably be affected by those who agree to do all the work to organize the event and haul all the cooking stuff to the location.
Just wait till Jackson sees those little buggers come popping
out of there ! Looks like popcorn....but don't let him open the
lid until you go somewhere and get a butterfly net !!!!!
You CAN'T catch them by hand !
Been here...done that....TJ was about 3.........LOL
So, did Pa-Pa have to take the "duckies" to school yet? LOL
You can count me in on helping with the poultry show as well. Maybe we could show how to prepare for a show with the trimming of the beaks and all of the other little tricks.
Grace do you keep any Witch Hazel in your show bag? Makes the combs and wattles nice and red with no odor like VetRx or oilly feel like baby oil.

Have a good one !
Several years ago I gave a kindergarten teacher some fertile hen eggs and some quail eggs. After her kids saw the quail hatch and pop around the incubator and then the brooder, she said that she was never going back to hen eggs. The quail hatched in fewer days than chickens and the quail chicks were much more lively and entertaining than chicken peeps.
I have the same feeling about guinea keets as I do about quail - very much like small balls of popcorn that you can hardly contain when you remove them from the hatcher.
Jaxon spent the night last night with his Mom, so PaPa didn't have to take the ducks to school this morning. I expect however that before the week is out, the ducks will have visited kindergarten.

I live in Stilwell, OK. It about 90 miles from Tulsa.
I turned 40 in December and my wife is not too far from it. (can't wait for the payback lol). My son will be 21 in July and he has lived in Tulsa for about a year now. My daughter is 13 and will be living at home until she is 40! lol
I have really gotten into the self sufficient living stuff lately. I'm raising the largest garden I have ever raised this year at 70X50 feet.
I have 4 RIR's around 9 weeks old and 15 three week old RIR's and 35 that have been in the incubator for 11 days.
My daughter is now wanting rabbits and have been thinking of getting some meat & milk goats. So yeah wanabefarmer fits me pretty good. lol
