Henny, the "Home Improvement" thing is TOO funny!!! We've been calling it that now.

Up til 5:00 am working last night, hopefully we will get it all done today. Its the only bathroom in our house...

I thought the whole "Okie" thing was something everyone was taught in US History, with the Dust Bowl and all... But then again, I still get people that laugh when I say "ya'll" and don't pronounce the "g" on the end of my verbs.

Here we all are, concerned that $25 is too much for a bird, and someone's shellin out $1200!!?!? (No pun intended, but it worked nicely.) Maybe we're all lookin at this whole chicken thing wrong. I hope it doesn't become a rich man's sport, I'll be out!

HennyPennies, you should go to the Blanchard auction on Saturday night. It's only an hour NE of Cement. A lot of people that go to Cement also go to the Blanchard auction. We'll be there, although I still want to be both places (Jones & Blanchard) at the same time. I just wish I could hide & watch both auctions ... I wouldn't even need to buy anything ... I can't fit any more birds at my house anyway!

To rich for my taste on those eggbid silkies, Carla yes I am in, no problem with a Cement swap just give me a holler. Thanks again.

Outclassed? I don't think so. Floridas defense deserves credit for stopping OU's offense, but tim tebow and the offense did less than lowly kansas state did against OU's defense.

And texas has no business on that field with either of those teams. Had texas been matched with either of those teams, OU would have beaten them by at least 10 and Florida would have beaten them by at least 25. My god, they barely beat ohio state in the last 2 minutes of that game.

I can say one thing for the shorthorns tho. I think it's nice that they made a place on their team for their 'special needs' quarterback. I'll bet the other kids on that little bus with him feel like they might have a chance to play too.
