I honestly hate to do this, but can someone post or PM me the exact specifics of POOPS? al told me it started on page 64 of this thread!!! (I was only hoping he was joking....LOL)

So rather than reading 450+ pages...can someone tell me what exactly it is, where it is, when it is and what all we're supposed to bring?

Right now it is all in the workings still We should know everything real soon

Basically it is a get together of our group here with friends and family for food chatter and selling swapping trading of birds.

We think the date is April 25th, as it looks right now that it will be held just outside Lexington.

I am kind of far away Min. 3 plus hours, so I would like to see something happen between
12 and 2 that way with the days longer we still have time to visit and get home, I have an old car so I really try not to be out after dark just in case of trouble.. So you all make the plans and
we will try and work around them best we can..

I was SUPPOSED to do Brahmas...but darn it all if Forrest didn't nail me with the Langshans. I was sold on them when Clyde came along. Darn him! Here I got them to PROVE they were hard to raise and mean and evil (like silkies) but he got me with these.

Then the Barred Rocks came...I just had to get some...LOL!

He he he its ok, we even let Texans in also. Speaking of which, will know come next monday but it looks like my next (2nd) grandbaby will be born a Texan.

Well he/she wont be raised there very long only 1 yr.

Noontime kind of deal sounds good...say like 11-2 or so...food being served around noon...that would put fire getting started around 10ish...start driving around 4...Sounds good to me! I will be in charge of a nap in the afternoon!

Heck yeah I would like to go to an auction around there! Somebody might need to haul me though cuz I am not missing my nap!

How far from there would an auction be? Someone did mention we could park birds (aka trailer at their place right?

Yes you can park birds here. And I am on the way to Jones auction. The blanchard auction is in the other direction west of 1-35

Mikaela, I looked at your photobucket!!!!!!! I need some of them cochins they are georgious. I am looking for a Rooster that is old enough to do his stuff. I have a black and part cochin that needs a man in their life.

I'm getting some eggs from a person with EXCELLENT birds so...hopefully will get a cockbird or five in there! LOL

nope the fluffy blue one, I am getting some eggs in a couple of weeks that I won on the fire relief auction. Hoping for a few Roos and a few hens from that. My luck since I want a roo or 2 they will all be hens. If so that is ok, i can buy me a roo.
