Monty how bout the games, any chicks or eggs coming to Poops with my name on em?? Lynn

Well I don't like spiders or snakes.. Like teach said I could hurt someone or myself trying to get away from them

My wife never used to like any kind of Bug, I remember a yard sale we were having one summer years ago .. she was so sure that something had flew down her top..off that sucker came.. with people standing all around she was waving her top in the air like it was on a clothes line wire..she didn't care no little bug was going to get her...I have seen her almost jump from a moving car because a bee came in..
She has changed now that we have a place in the country..

Don, I have tracked down some freezers, so maybe sometime after POOPS we can get together for an incubator lesson. Or maybe you could just teach a class at POOPS.

It could happen, I am working on getting some new trays to go into my latest bator project..
I want to turn one of those portable buildings that you see everywhere into a great ole big
Bator, that could hatch a 1000 eggs a week
roll.png
I have my wife sold on the building, but the 2 things that stand in my way is where to get all those eggs and where to get rid of the chicks..
wink.png
I am working on both problems .. I never was much good with math so maybe that is a bigger problem I need to over come

Doubt the plan is for me...I teach regular stuff to regular kids in a little bitty town...not much govenrment just alot of folks trying their best to do good and raise kids right...we don't ask for handouts but are willing to help a neighbor...probably not who he wants to help...we like to cling to our religion and guns too much!

Just wanted to give you all an update of what's going on here at GB Farm

......
I moved the second batch of eggs to the hatcher yesterday - this is the set that includes those gorgeous Welsummer eggs!

I set a third batch of eggs in the incubator, because I couldn't just let it set there empty!

This batch also includes those BBS Marans eggs I bought!
Oh, and today my sister-to-a-champion Gold Holland Lop doe started pulling fur!!!!!! I will have baby rabbits soon

Monty - after coordinating my church's blood drives for 23 years, I have to smile at your comment. For some reason, it seems to be the "big guys" who are the least fond of donating blood.

TJ's Na-Na :

Lots of wind over here Tahlequah way, but not a drop of
rain............

Teach - hold that thought about the creles.

Chupps Auction - Talk about dumb bad guys....Seems a
fellow brought in a herd of goats and tried to run them
through the auction. And, the person that owned the
goats happened to be standing there......LOL

Slightly Cracked - I'm not having any luck identifying
the birds that TJ is soooo excited about. There were
several Golden Laced "somethings" at the front end
of the second or third row on the backside of the building.
Wondered if you or Shaun might remember them and
know for sure what they are. Wish I had paid more
attention. They may have been cochins and were sitting
on their feet feathers.......LOL

And, after visiting with a state inspector at Pryor, Bill
is going to go take the NPIP deal, as well. Seems
y'all have been talking about June. This guy seemed
to think it might be in May, but did say the date
wasn't set yet. Am hoping y'all would be in the same
class..........

Have a good one !

Those were cochins. I do remember seeing them. That is a hard color to breed as is silver lace. Thus why they are so hard to find.
