Ok quick need list....
Ketchup, Mayo or Miracle whip, Hot dog and Hamburger buns, we have some butter/margerine coming but might need a little more.

Also does anyone have food processor they could bring. I broke ours so until its time to buy my wife a present I don't have one.
And Chairs chairs chairs.

We have 90 folks coming, there are only 50 chairs in the clubhouse and capacity is 70 so some folks are gonna be outside. (Like all the men standing arounfd Al at the pits.
Anyway, any extra chairs will be good.
Thats all i remember now......

Oh yeah and everyone better have a good time!!!!!!!!!

Some of us don't want anyone to have a picture they can take with them to the post office - to see if it matches any of the mug shots there

Wow its taken a lot of pages before I can join in on the garden issue! I only till my tomatoe patch every other year. I cover the whole thing in straw! During the winter I add pigeon and chicken litter, come spring more straw,I just pull it back and put in the plants. They have been the best crops I ever raised.
Does anyone raise button quail.I have some located for $3 each. I always wanted to try them. Do they have to stay in a really warm place?
Took my chichuahua to vet this afternoon for her second round of puppy shots. Now she is in extreme pain, can'even touch her, and feverish. They gave her a rabies shot. I never heard of giving them at four months before. Going to be a long nite, these little ones can go down hill so fast.

Hennies, Don't bring any chcikens to eat. We have plenty of meat.

Chips and little things would be great. Look at the list I just posted and do a few little items from that if you want, but you don't even have to do that. I am glad you guys are gonna make it.
Now I don't have to watch out for Teach.

I wish I could make them that way but so far no luck. On that cross only the pullets have had the naked necks. All of the cockerels have been feather necked.

If I produce any this year I will keep you in mind though. Does she want the Oriental look or the NN look?

dachsunds I hope your Chi is okay!

HennyP - I'm so HAPPY you and Mike think you'll be able to make it - it will be SO worth it!!

OceansEve - geez, I'm so sorry about your pullet.

Stray...try to focus on school just a little tomorrow...the countdown continues!!

Sounds like Mrs. Squeaky really likes baby chicks - if you put some eggs in the incubator at the same time she starts setting eggs, you can put some of the chicks from the incubator under Mrs. Squeaky and let her take care of them along with her own chicks. (there is a method to adding new chicks to a setting hen, so she thinks they belong to her and she doesn't kill them as being foreign invaders)
