Okies in the BYC The Original

I have hatched quite a few so far this year. Blacks, blues and splashes. They are from Troy's birds so they will be quality stock.

Here is a full brother to those hens and he is having a discussion with the rooster in the next pen. see he has feathers on his neck too!

Yep I gotta go pull a radiator in a Freightliner tomorrow and do some other work while I am there. Suddenly he wants to fix the automatic locking hubs on his 4x4. Shoot they haven't worked since last summer so I don't see what the rush is now!

Back from the Cement Auction a super fun time was had by all, it was like a mini POOPS reunion, me Carla & Gerald, Tina & Lynn, Sam and Misty of course. we sat together and had a time Gerald felt pretty good, I bought what seemed like a ton of stuff, several really big cages and a really neat Quail Hutch I had to wrench from Carla's hands at a premium LOL, and another outdoor brooder. I also picked up dozens of feeders and waterers, there is no better time to expand but the present. I had the most fun jawin with gerald we joked the whole time, I hope luvs made out ok, I think so. anyway I read all the post about Krebs, that is my home away from home for an Italian guy, don't get down there much anymore.

We been out fishin all day.we caught 37 cats some blues an misissippi whites.biggest one was 13 lbs.all that rain has all the river bottom roads flooded out an the fish are all over them.everybody had stringers full.we are going to hit it again.maybe if i dont get to hungry ill have enough saved to bring to the next POOPS so we can have a fish fry.

I know what you mean about Valley Brooke. When I was a dancer at "Valley Of The Dolls" I had to leave an extra 15 minutes early to allow for the speed traps on my way to work.
