No, I love to talk about bees to anyone who will listen to me.
Let me know when you are ready to get into beekeeping. We will get you fixed up. In the meantime, there is a great club that meets in McAlester the last Saturday of the month. The president of that club is the Vice-President of the State organization and is a wonderful and very knowlegeable beekeeper. Here is the website for contact information for the Southeast Oklahoma Beekeepers Association. http://www.okbees.org/seoba.html

heehee, I will listen to it all day long. I love new stuff. I think I had better let hubby get the chicken pens up and going before I throw anything else at him! LOL.

Carah : I am building as fast as I can, as soon as I get one finished More birds just appear from nowhere LOL. I am up to 70 adults, 50 new chicks, and 40 more in the bator, not to mention a Doz quail, I am making a road trip up north this week to pick up some more, see I told you it is getting crazy around here, my DW is starting to give me strange looks, more than the normal ones.

Why do I have to change my name?

If you want it changed give me some Ideas....

I'm not feeding them squat... other than the feed. It isn't Cocci since it's not bloody, but seriously, after loosing so many babies in the past, I don't like taking risks. They got to go outside Friday for a little bit.

Boy isn't that the truth! At some point I will have to stop....yeah right!

I really need to get a plan and stick with it. Bantam weren't in the plan but here I am.

Although he is an inabler (sp) the person we are getting the goat from has tophats (think that is what you call them) not sure if they are polish or what but he told me I had to go with him so I could see them and maybe get some eggs!!

I got mine from Halo, here on BYC, back in the fall last year. Had a nice hatch, 11 out of a dozen. Sold all the black barred boys at POOPS to BigOkie. Parent stock was a blue rock cock over barred rock hens.

I got 16 of Halo's blue rocks in the incubator right now. I am praying for a good hatch rate.

I came home from work this evening and she was playing the Wii with her twin sister....and when I came back from taking Meghan to girl scouts, she was jumping on the trampoline (which I told her she could *not* do since she was home sick from school). She ate chicken enchiladas with us tonight and she is definitely feeling better and going to school tomorrow...thanks for thinking of her.
