Monty... Great news on the heart thing...heart tests scare me....it's so major....I have palpitations that make my chest hurt really bad....Some day i think I could actually have a heart attack and blow it off, because I have chest pain a lot anyways.... most of my physical krap comes from stress... so I just keep plugging along and try to ignore it till I fall over.

Thanks.. She is still in California. Rectal cancer is hard to beat and she dosnt want to have to remove it all. SO she has a screening every 3 months. This time she isnt feeling well and is aching. I cant get her to move here and she has to work their to live. My dad died 6 years ago to alzheimer's in a bad nursing home. I thought she would have woke up then. She drives me crazy.
It just dosnt seem fair to live your life then in the end it gets worse. Shouldnt it get better over time like fine wine ?
So I keep my mind on my chickens, horse, daughters three, husband runs our family bussiness and I try and help with accounting. It does really help dont you think ?

DONT IGNORE THAT... My mom Ignored her pain until it was the size of a softball and she couldnt go on at all. A simple test would have found this and treated it. It would have been over in ONE day....
I dont have family because she ignored problems. It dosnt work. It will stay and wait. Get a test and get it taken care of.

Monty, glad you ticker is doing good. Just a thought but I have found the only diet soda I can drink it A&W rootbeer. Don't know why but just in case you want to try it.

I am so excited! I traded with Southernbelle to get 38 Silkie eggs (I was only planning on 2 dozen, she added all the others in as extras!).
Since they had been incubating for about a week, I candled them yesterday. All but three were growing!!! They were great little "swimmers" too! - Almost every one of them kept moving around while I was candling

This is the best results I have ever gotten with shipped eggs! I mean, I only ordered 24, got 38, and now 35 are growing

Carah, I might try it. I need something with caffeine though and most root beer doesn't have it. I don't lkike diet DP or Diet Coke.
I worked for Coke long ago and I think they must have implanted something in me because I hate Pepsi. I used to hate Mt. Dew but I can drink it some now. Maybe the implant is wearing out aftert all these years.
The simple answer would be iced tea but it keeps me going and going and going to the bathroom not energized like the bunny.

I am a pop addict too. I think that is what lead to my diabetes. I can quit the stuff for a couple of months, then next thing I know I am back to drinking it everyday, all day long. They have got to be putting addicting drugs in it or something.

Please, someone stop this rain!!! I beg of you, I can't take it anymore. The mosquitoes are getting so think that you inhale them just from breathing outdoors now. My baby chick cage is a muddy mess and stinks to high heaven. We are cleaning them as the rain stops, but then here comes another storm and they get all mucked up again. Where is that little smiley pulling its hair out when you need it. Oh and my hens have all but quit laying as they strike against the rain.
