Congratulations to those of you that hatched chickie babies

And congratulations to Al for his 95% hatch!

I think this hatch is over... I have a total of 21 chicks

Two pipped, but died. And one hatched with problems then died that evening.

I am still so thankful for the 21 I do have!

It's a shame that all of you with access to the neat chicks and chickens live so far from me. Would love to have some of the BMB chicks, but my doctor has limited me to within an hour of home...
I'm sure my husband is glad that we live so far though.

I don't understand why there aren't more of us up here in the N. Central,N. West. Bummer.

About the housing crash in CA.... get this....bought my house in CA in 87 for 79k....sold it in 2004 for 285k.... the lady after me sold it in 2006 for 394k... the listed it three days ago for 139k.... my realtor called and asked if I wanted to bid on it!

I was just wondering my BIL lives there, and owns several business and a resturant that you may have been to. Rick's on HWY 70 & the Country Cafe also on 70.

I gotta get the roof fixed first...otherwise might as well not bother... got it all cleaned up yesterday... took all dang day....mold everywhere! I'm not one to gripe about the rain, because we never get any... but that was a pain in the tush...

Might be heading to Lawton tonight... a friend of mine's in the hospital there....so will be in your stomping grounds... tring to talk Mike into a trip to the outback... ya intersted?
