Hey Quenston, did you make it to Afton today??
I bought crocks, Shaun bought a small live trap

and John bought some tools. Then we went to a farm auction and bought a camper shell that it to big for our truck!!

Anyone want to buy a grey campershell for a 6 ft bed??? It is NICE but it is 1/2 ft to long for our truck.

Slightly I didnt get to make it off the place today but went last weekend and bought 12 Ameracaunas, as far as that camper use it for a brooder they work great I had one that was aluminum but was destroyed by the last storm but thats just a thought!!! I am depressed... I lost one of my Polacks... it was so sweet...It just disappeared... I have no idea where it went....Of course it was my favorite one.... This has not been my best day... It's been one thing after another. *sniff*

Hey SC don't ya have to have an old camper shell laying around to live in Oklahoma...we have one....I use it as a shade area for hens.... They love it....it was either that or plant flowers in the dang thing... I am always worried about a rogue wind taking it to the next town... my hubby says he wishes it would.

Hey Henny, sorry for your loss, I lost 12 babies yesterday and of course two of them were very special and expensive, how are the EEs doing in the bator? I got the yard mowed and cukumbers and green beans planted them burned up the belt on my mower mowing around my garden, if it don't rain too much tonight I plan on getting black eyed peas and some okra planted tomarrow and try to till the garden, work on hog pens and chicken pens, hope all had a great day!!! Hi Al, depends on whether I can roll my butt out of bed and get out and get going while it is cool, took me about an hour to plant my cukes and a row (about 100' long) of green beans today in this heat, just don't have the strength and staying power I once had since they put me on blood preasure meds. Spent all day mowing then ran hubby's truck over the power washer... he parked it behind the truck and I didn't see it... Big scratch on the tailgate....

sunburned both legs... Mike is teaching Sunday School tomorrow, and I'm playing and singing.... the usual stuff...

I am back been back OMG all the stuff they had...................Carla and Gerald and Steph and Carl and P&B and looker were all still there when I left..............I fell off the wagon, I bought. But I only bought from who I knew tho. Thanks big time Carla. Got everyone settled for the night in the small brooder and tomorrow will work on accommodations. How the heck am I gonna do 15 1/2 doz eggs in the bator. I got it figured out now..........GONNA go steal Steph incubator for the new cochins. See ya tomorrow Steph

No worries Stimpy yours are in their very special own incubator.

I bet they all will still be at that auction till the sun comes out tomorrow.
