I need to check to see what they even have, they have move to a new building with new stuff. The last one wasn't that great but this one at least has a pool so I can swim laps......Don't know if I want to go in the early morning like my boss, who wants to be there with your boss.

Seems I remember a story like that too.

I'm sure the chickens would give me the stink eye if I went out there without water.

I've got some velocaraptors out there I really don't want ticked off at me!

KT :

Just get you a cheap 410 or a 20 gauge shoutguns, you can never miss they are easy to handle and safe, They are light and easy to use in confined spaces. With a 22 cal you have to really take carefull aim, plus the ricoche factor. i saw a little single shot crack barrel 20 gauge in a pawn shop last week for $40.00 like new.

You have them also. I have a couple that if you even look at them while in the nest box they sound off like they are gonna rip your hand off or peck your eyes out. Mean ol ladies but just as calm as can be out of the nest.

I agree with Al...shotguns were meant for snake killing. There is a .410 they call a snake charmer. Short barrel, grips like a pistol but really easy to hang on to...kinda goes around your hand...anyways perfect for close quarter snake work. There are a few pistols that will double for snake work and home protection...Taurus makes the Judge....410 and .45 long colt...or you can run rat shot in your .22...not enough BB's for me

My 410 is about 40 or so years old, about 20 years ago my brother and his 2 kids were rabbit hunting when they came across a small creek..Well his daughter but the barrel into the creek and jumped across..my brother didn't see this at the time..well long story short, the next rabbit caused the end of the barrel to get shorter by 8 inches..

so now it is great for close areas, and she never hunted again

I just got a box of eggs from Carla. I bought some more from her since it mostly eggs that I had gotten from her that didn't make it from the malfunction I had with the hatcher. This is my third batch of her eggs. They pack them really good. Now for more good hatching juju and no malfunctions.

This was NOT a good hatch for bantams. 5 out of the 6 dutch eggs died in shell, 3 of the 4 "brahma" bantam eggs I set died in shell. However my bbs orps are 9 blue/splash and only 1 black

6 for 6 on my mutt eggs, my friend will be pleased. Gotta get the guys out of the incubator and clean it so I can set 15 eggs back in it tommarow, mutt x mutt for a friend.
