As for P.O.O.P.S. Some folks will get there on Friday evening but there is nothing official going on then except I will probably be grilling burgers and hot dogs for the folks that are there that evening.
I think we are planning to start Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
Some people will be there before that and others will filter in later. In addition to the talking and swapping there will be a full day of activities. We are still open for more ideas although we do have to try and fit everything into the allotted time.
AS for tickets, there are none. Just show up and have a blast.
If you do plan on coming just give us an idea of how many are coming. Also pot luck food will be the rage so bring whatever you like.

Went to town had to pick up dinner for tonight and tomorrow night for my brother and his friend. Is it a sin to have grilled steaks 2 nights in a row. Tonight for Lynn and I and tomorrow for the family. Lynn wont complain. He could eat them every night of the week but I wont have it at 9 bucks a pound.

I was in the store and checking out and the guys were asking me did you enjoy the rain..............I was like what rain...........it rained while I was in the store and then I hit it coming home. I didnt bother to turn off the sprinkler when I got back home, not enough to do any good with the rain.

The cabin I was offering is all full. Us girls are gonna have some fun.

Just got in another 2 hours mowing and heavens it is HOT out there....NWS says 104...I guess it just seems hotter. Hens are holding up thanks to their Dad putting in the swamp cooler. I have decided I am going to get another one and hook them both to the water line. They really keep hens cooler.... For this deal I am glad we get no humidity out here....Today the worst insect encounter I had was driving through a buffalo gnat swarm. I was hacking and spitting for 10 minutes....

darn Possum killed 3 of my silkies last nite. Came home and new something was wrong when they wasnt there waiting on dinner. Found 2 dead bodies, 1 is mia. 1 had no visible wounds. The 2nd was picked clean. 3rd wasnt found. 4th I thought was missing also but I found her when I went back to feed the blue orps. Dont know how she could of got out but thank goodness she did. Why do I have such lousy luck with silkies. i got 12 in the brooder I hope make it. I missed this possum the other day, aiming a rifle, holding a light and running at a possum aint as easy as it sounds. I got the trap set with one of the silkies in the pen waiting on dumb face to come back for leftovers, and then POWWWWWWWW! Im realy gonna enjoy it!
