My Great Pyranese likes to dig herself a hole to lay in when it is hot. With all the rain, I now have a "moat" around 3 sides of the hen house.

I'm so sorry for all your losses, Lightning. I can only imagine how frustrating it must for you to not have an answer as to what is causing this - and my heart just cringes at the thought of you having to burn your coops and rebuild...and it didn't help!

Ka-Ben Yeah I'm excited I get to make an unplanned trip back. Be for just a couple of days ,but hey I'll take what I can get. Going to bring my daughter back to Tn so she will be here when I have my heart cath. Hope to get to run by Afton swap while there! Well all that rain you all getting is supposed to slide in here tomorrow!

Hey Cammie and Al I have caught about 100 of those fish outta my pond so far! Sure wish they were the eating kind!LOl. I put and ad in the local craigslist tonight for them. My poor little aquarium is packed like ---well like sardines!

Hey Teach-- There ain't nothing better than antelope steaks and eggs for breakfast!.

I had some at a friends house in Oregon,boy its even better than deer meat! Of course they might be kind of small on his 14 inch antelope!

Whats the most /highest price you have ever paid for a bird/chicken ? I found those mille fleure d'anvers and bantam houdans but wow! I am having a hard time justfying the price,even tho I reall really(has bottom lip stuck out!) want them!

its been raining here since last night an has not stopped all day we have had right at 5 inches here so far an its still coming down.guess ill be cat fishin in the mornin.my son s went an got about 10 dz nite crawler milk worms alittle bit ago.my chickens just got locked up in my pens an they are 2 ft deep in grass so no mud just wet feathers
