they were forcasting drizzle..... well, moved the brahmas into the den, sheets covering everything since the older ones will chase them out of the coop into the run, which is under water... should have seen the dog yard, the dogs were in the dog house, but if they came out, hock deep in water, need to build a cement wall around the run.. didn't think this would happen twice in a month

Robin we sure have had alot of rain this morning.....didn't think it was that bad. Do you live at the bottom of the mountain?? Do you get alot of run off water?

OkCarla Your eggs are on the way to Okla. There weren't as many belgian as I had hoped to get,but there are a few. I will save them and send more later or if you close down the bator I will send a bunch in the spring.

I don't think there is an age limit, they just have to go to the class and then pass a test.
It can be given to them orally. Jared was in the second grade when he took and passed his.
He didn't read so well then so after the class, one of the rangers gave an oral test to those that needed it.
Jared got two deer when he was in the second grade.
