Glad you are finally in a position to quit the second job. You have been keeping a very hectic schedule and haven't had enough time to sleep and enjoy life.

P&B - which diet drink came out first - Tab or Fresca? I remember the first time I had a Fresca - It's just about the only time I didn't finish a soda pop. I'm not a brand snob - I like diet Coke and diet Pepsi - even diet Doctor Pepper. Don't much care for Dew, but that's all hubby drinks... sort of. Us poor folks have to drink diet Sam's stuff... it's not too bad once you get used to it...

Dee, you may be right that Fresca came first. I think that Fresca was available when I was in high school. I first tasted Tab shortly after I moved to Oklahoma, after college.
Interestingly, when Tab first hit the shelves, it was so popular that if it had continued at its high rate of acceptance, everyone in the world would have been drinking Tab within a relatively few years. I seem to recall that information from a class somewhere.

Now I am going to have to look that up to satisfy my curiosity.

so will your turkeys free range together or will you pen them separately to keep the breeds apart?

According to Wikipedia, Tab was introduced in the United States in 1963 and Fresca was introduced in 1966. I guess I don't recall drinking them until high school and later because we weren't allowed to drink much pop growing up. It was ice tea sweetened with saccarine or Kool Aid sweetened with sugar or water or milk at our house.

I can't drink diet pop, it's not that I don't like the taste it's just that it iritates me to no end to pay full price for something that has less in it.

I'm just sayin....

Another reason to like the holiday season...

I can wear 4 layers of glitter polish and a strong topcoat, feed all the animals, and go to the store afterward and have people compliment my "Christmas nails".

There's so much glitter in the polish that it probably glows in the dark! Phantom just staaaaaaaaaaares at my nails... poor chicken.

Mike Morgan on Channel four here in OKC has it narrowed done between none and three and half feet.

The weather morons drive me nuts. At 6 p.m. he said looks like it will just be a dusting to maybe an inch on the grassy areas.
On the 10 pm report he said three to ten inches with almost four foot drifts for OKC. I guess he is just covering his backside.

I wasn't sure which one of the diet pops came first. Diet Rite came along not too long after Tab and Fresca came out.

I grew up with Kool Aid, too. So did my kids and now my grandkids. I have a couple of grandkids that are ADDHD and are also sugar reactive. I either use sweetener or cut the sugar in half when I make the Kool Aid. Funny how it tastes as good with half the sugar!
