When my daughter was five, we made a road trip to San Antonio to see my grandfather, her greatgrandfather. She stayed awake and talked to my dad, almost nonstop, for 8 solid hours... two breaks only to go to the bathroom since we got the food to go and ate in the car. I thought my ears were gonna bleed.

Anyone live in Mayes County? I was just checking the road conditions for the state and Mayes County was the only place that hadn't been upgraded from "too slick to leave the house" to "slick in spots on the major roads - but watch out for the secondary roads"

They are only shy around people they just met - everyone else is fair game for a million questions. Every age was my favorite age when our youngest was growing up, because the questions just got more complicated to answer. It is fun to look at the world through their eyes as they grow up.
