Enjoy her helpfulness and hope that it continues past the pre-teen years. Isn't it funny how much kids want to help when they are really young, but can't hear you calling for their assistance when they are old enought to actually be useful?

I plan on heading to Cement on Saturday and maybe Blanchard the next weekend, I also will be at the Cement Poultry show since it's so close how could I not go. There should also be some good birds for sale then as in all shows.

We all stayed up till 12:30am and then hit the hay... Woke up and got busy like we all have to with fur and feathered babies..ha ha.

Gerald/Eggman is always pulling that on me too, he loves to try and get me to buy rabbits every time I bring my Daughter to the sale barns LOL. Marybeth you have also tried your hand at that sly trick too if I remember correctly.

Morning! And what a great new year it is...especially when you sleep in late with your honey! I likes those days off!

Nice try Marybeth...MINE! I have some interesting plans for that young lady...gona visit with a man with athletic birds.

I plan on going and playng with my birds for a bit...running south to deliver some birds to a cute young lady....check on friends in Hardesty...oh yeah...eat...lots of eating...gotta make chili for tomorrow!...apparently that is when the party is...I get confussed so easily...I am glad i have my lady friend!

Hey...faerielady...what other holidays are still going on? or are there? I love showing my ignorance (it is so easy!)

I gotta go find my boots...they wandered during the night....

Edited to add: I am not a good Jew. Technically, I can't be a Jew unless I officially convert because my mom is Catholic, so I'm not born of a Jew according to lineage rules. My dad is a Messianic Jew, and they play a bit fast and loose with the holidays. Think Reform Judaism and a bit of Christianity mixed in. It can sometimes be confusing.
