There is a list somewhere on here, but I've found that it isn't very up-to-date or accurate

If you chose to go with a very similar breed - White Plymouth Rock - we have three BYC OKIE members that raise them

Al,

Yeah, all white rocks. I'n trying really hard to get some numbers on the ground this spring. Maybe I can save something out of the breeders for Evan to show now and then.

And Steph, Thank you so much. If I can ever repay t he favor, just ax.

I checked out this hatchery and they have a lot of birds I would like to get and the prices are not bad the only problem is that they almost in Missouri and it would cost me $40 just to get there. It it would be nice to buy from someone here in the state but that is a ways to drive for me.. Now if some of our eastern okies are going to be heading this way maybe we could work out a deal.

It was so nice going out and watching the chickens run around in the yard today. They are so funny, better then tv. The cutest thing is watching cochins run, with all that fluff and their stumpy legs. Makes me giggle!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying the nice day, I am going into town to visit a friend. Have an excellent day everyone!!!

Oh and by the way baby chicks are so darn cute!

1. Install Firefox and use it as your browser.
2. Use more than one tab when you are reading the thread. Keep it open all the time you are browsing with the other tabs.
3. If you only have one browser open with multiple tabs, when you exit out of Firefox it will give you the option of Save and Exit. Click that and each time you open the program your BYC tab will open in exactly the same place every time.

I guess. I'd try to hatch some of the eggs from that hen that lays so many double yolkers, but I just don't like her head enough to make her a breeder.
