No way! I know I am strange, I don't need it confirmed.

The military certified me as sane once... what were they thinking?!?

Its 9.40 milo is 6.10 an corn 7.20 a 100lbs or some wer around that . Calvin said scratch grain was like 10 or 11 for 50lb bag in Spencer.

Guthrie ,may be too far away for you guys, but that is where we have started going. We buy all of our feed in bulk. It was about $150 for 1000 pounds of scratch. I'd have to check on the last reciept for the laying ration but we were pleased with it. Its all grains, instead of pellets or mash. And no animal bi-products. Actually looked to good to be feeding cickens!

They will change the rations to make it the way you want it.

I checked my last reciept - $143.96 for Layer, that's 1003 lbs. and $134.26 for Scratch, thats 978 lbs. You can get it it a large white bag they will use a forklift to put it on the back of your truck, or sometimes we take our feed truck that has a creeper feeder on the back. We'll fill it and set a bag on the back

Wow. Those are some nice prices. I wonder if there is anything like that closer to the Lawton area.

ETA
Okay, I see Mike mentions Carnegie. That is close enough if I can get great prices like that. Mike, any other details you want to share about all of that? Like where do I go at the Co-op and what do I ask for? And are the grains local or imported from other states?

Morning all you Okies.

Beautiful day and I am in here on the 'puter. Got plenty of stuff to do but the 'want-to' hasn't hit yet.

Queen Peaches just got up and is drinking coffee. I'm working on the second pot already.

Hope everyone is having a great day.
