That is the price someone quoted Faerie.
I can find them cheeper around here too.

That was the price they quoted me at the place where I ordered the feed. I am not worried about the price of the barrel. I was more concerned about the price of the feed, and I'd been thinking about putting the feed in *a* barrel in order to make it more difficult for mice to get to it.

All the talk about feed reminds me that I really need to go pick up some grain...wish we had a mill around here! All of ours just produce for the feedlot they are at! Nothing made locally....we just store and ship grains out here. Someone wanna bring me a bunch of feed? I have barrels!

Teach....where the heck you been. Thought maybe you got arrested on your way home the other night. Wondered if the police thought you were a chicken thief with that trailer filled up. LOL

Are you ok?

I am doing fine. I didn't have a trailer on this last haul..in fact...I was in a school vehicle! Teach them to send me away! I can fill anything with birds! Only problem is I ripped a feed sack and had that to clean up! Steph tried to take me prisoner. Said she liked my hair cut! Then decided I ate too much. Kids jumped me on the way out....dog tried to eat my left leg....it was touch and go there for a second.

Nah....I just got busier than I thought I needed to be and my wife wasn't letting me on the computer....she would use it and when I headed that way she wanted to talk! Then it acted stupid and when I tried the other day BYC was down....

Things are going here. I have decided I hate kids...my own included. Not sur if it is the funky weather or what but they have been horrible. Atlest this is a short week with lots of ball games...wait....that just makes it worse. I need a nap!

I gotta tell y'all about my dream last night. I was riding home with a friend in their car. We are watching storms coming in and such (not surprising this is something tht happens out here) Then it got wierd! there were tornados bouncing around and such...next thing we are flying sideways towards the telephone poles. Yup I woke up and sleep was shot! Stupid dreams...why couldn't I have a normal nightmare that is totally wierd and unbelievable....

you find out how much by the the hundred i been goin to luther to get mine, least if its cheaper down your way it will give me a reason to come down more often

Its 9.40 milo is 6.10 an corn 7.20 a 100lbs or some wer around that . Calvin said scratch grain was like 10 or 11 for 50lb bag in Spencer.

I don't remember exactly but I paid around $7 or $8 for a 50lb bag of scratch from Tractor and supply in Stillwater. If you buy in bulk, which only takes 20 bags and it can be a mix of different types of feed, they give you a 10% discount too. I have bought 5 bags of starter and 10 bags of layer and 10 bags of scratch and got the bulk discount of 10%. I think they would have also included bags of dog food as part of the 20 too or rabbit food or what have you, but I am not for certain on that. I will have to ask next time. Oh speaking of rabbit food, I have a friend who feeds her chickens rabbit food, has anybody else heard of this.

I don't know if somebody already has this or not, but I was thinking of making a calendar for all for the auctions coming up and their locations. That way maybe I can figure out how I can fit some into my schedule. I have been so badly wanting to go to some of them, but I get all confused as to where all of them are and what days and times they start.

Can everybody who knows of auctions coming up the next month or two let me know and I will make a calendar. I might even figure out the whole my page ordeal and publish it on there. Oooops, I am making more work for myself.

That stuff doesn't die, that's how....

The oils that cause the reaction are in the stems, roots, and leaves. Even if you pull them during the winter the oils are still present even after you pull them. Don't burn poison ivy! It will them set the oils into the air and people who are sensitive to it will also get it without touching it. My mom is super sensitive to it, she can be downwind from it on a humid day and get rash from poison ivy.
