There's going to be another one? LOL.

To save costs I was thinking of a virtual handout. I mean after all if they are here they have access to a computer and help could be just a click away. What I am having trouble with though is that many of my links have forums and posting here is against BYC rules.

I wish. We don't have a squeeze chute...seems to be a no-go for getting her preg-checked. But, I'm open to ANY ANY ANY advice

Could the handout be a pdf hosted at a different site...and then just put the link here? Would that still break the rules?

Just take your order number and call them back in the morning to double check. The two main drugs for cattle are Bovatek and Deccox. Bovatek is an anti bloating meant for cattle on wheat pasture and Deccox is anti Cocci. Don't know if they will hurt chickens but Bovatek will knock sheep graveyard dead!!

The blue sheet says CTC (chlortetracycline) 40mg/lb of feed. It's the first discovered tetracycline antibiotic. The sheet specifically references cattle feed. My invoice says 357 lb of layer mix.

Would it be consistent with the BYC rules to have something in your signature line that has folks send you an email or PM to request a copy? You could then email it to them as an attachment.

Hopefully, she just picked up the wrong ingredient sheet. Cattle feed will likely have pellets of alfalfa in it that are larger than layer pellets as well as oats and whole corn. Does the feed have only cracked grains?

If your sheet says layer I'm sure that is what you got. The info was probably given because they use the same mill to process all of the feed medicated or not. It's kinda like food products that have the Peanut warning on the package.

I PMed you a vet's name. Teva knows him and he seems to be good. Ive seen vets preg check cattle in nothing but a headstall while they were munching on grain.

Personally I would go ahead and do the CDs. It's always better to be proactive rather then reactive.
