Many years ago I would on occasion be in his courtroom - like 25-30 years ago. I haven't been allowed out of my building much in the past 25 years.

He is also trying to teach the parrots how to say "Semper Fidelis". Right now, they only sound like they are blowing stuff up and rapid machine gun fire. Interesting sounds to hear at 2 am.

My uncle had a mynah (sp) bird that could call cadence.

He was one of my professors in my business law courses. I took a lot of classes under him, and professor Paul Tharp. Judge Couch was much more entertaining. He used to swear that he worked his way thru law school by dancing at Walter Mitty's in Norman.

Afraid you won't be able to catch up?

Yah! Ya'll have to stop talking before I even have half a chance of catching up.

Per Jer-Man's request that the talking stop (wait... he's advocating killing the thread!) I've actually decided to go to bed. Of course, the fact that it's half past midnight has NOTHING to do with it.
