Home again. Got to work and was told that State Offices in Oklahoma County are closed, except for essential personnel. Now, that was a tough one. If I am "not essential" does that mean my job is at risk because I don't do anything important?

Got my driver's license renewed on the way home. Was glad the tag agency was open. They were doing a booming business since it is the end of the month and no one wants to have to provide their certified birth certificate because they allowed their driver's license to expire. Wasn't sure they would be open tomorrow or Saturday, if we get blasted with ice.

Hubby has gone to get the grandsons. Think grandma needs a nap.

hi guys, starting to get nasty here, did the last minute things- the chickens are mad at me cause they are locked up...silly things... gettin ready to make the taco soup, last of the laundry etc.... stay safe everyone!

No rain or anything at the moment.......but what has fallen is starting to freeze on the surface of stuff (mailbox).

Nothing in Tulsa yet, at least my part of Tulsa which is on the west side of Garnett which is almost Broken Arrow. I am at work and keep watching the windows, as soon as it hits here I'm outtie. I live on the west side of Tulsa and I know that by the time it hits work my road has probably already gotten icky.

Good late morning all. I am extremely bored. I hate bad weather because it means my DH is stuck in the house. He gets cabin fever after only a couple of hours. He actually went out and scraped the windows on his pickup, while it was still sleeting.
