I would be laughing too - even if I was hurt. One reason slap-stick comedy was so funny is that watching someone's feet go out from beneath them is just funny.
Sounds like ya'll missed the ice and are just getting snow. Snow is better.

Sounds like you are all set!

When we shopped for our fireplace insert, we made sure we got one that extended at least 8 inches into the room so that in situations like this we could heat water and cook in a small frying pan on top of it.

Stimpy, Blazing Saddles is one of my favorite comedic films, and that camp fire scene one of the funniest in it. It also supplied one of my favorite network TV censor moments. First time I saw it on network television, when it came to that scene, the cowboys were eating beans and lifting their rears so they could let out a loud burp. I cracked up. When Slim Pickins walked out of the tent and started waving his hat, apparently to drive away the smell of the burps, I fell out of my chair.

I also got a catalog from Stromburg and Cutler supply (which isn't in color). Don't know what I was thinking - I took them to the office to look at during lunch at left them there.

Glad I am not the only one that gets them to look at them! Love going to the show to get the free mags. at the Shawnee show I got a really cool calendar! I love seeing it everyday. My office calendar is old tractors.

I just went to get one of my homemade brownies and their was a big empty spot right in the center of the pan. I asked Jared (the suspect) why he cut it out of the middle like that. He said well I don't like the edges and I figured it would even out eventually anyway.
Can't argue with that I guess and as they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I don't like the edges that well either.

Wish we lived closer so we could come fix it for you!

Nah, it's my own fault for waiting until the last minute to check it. Satanica and I can hole up with the propane heaters for awhile. I'm sure I can sleep thru a power outage if I try.

-Stimp-

I know that I could sleep through a power outage. I took some NyQuil earlier because my head is stuffy and if the phone hadn't rung, I would still be asleep.

My wife bought a friend of ours a brownie pan that makes all of the brownies have edges and corners.

I was like WHY?

I like the soft center. Same with cornbread.

I tried to check for power outages on the PSO system, but you have to be a customer to check out their system.
In the past, I have used the OG&E outage report maps to track the weather as it goes across Oklahoma. Fortunately, OG&E has fewer than 400 customers without power right now.

I like the corners on cornbread too!

Al hasn't checked in for a while has he.

Wish everyone would pop on & give weather updates.

Still nothing but rain here. The roads are still clear with very little ice on anything. I have some on the mirrior of my car but that is it.
