We are located about 3 miles north of Perkins on HWY 177, or about 6 miles south of Stillwater on HWY 177.

We have an auction every Saturday of the year. (except Thanksgiving & Christmas weekend)
Gates open at 7am Saturday morning and the sale starts at 9:30am

If you want to bring items for the miscellaneous auction we are open Thursday noon - 5pm and Friday 9am - 6pm
Of course most people that bring poultry, rabbits and such bring them Saturday mornings around 8/8:30am

We have little bit of everything!

We always sell Hay at noon. We get Prarie, Bermuda, Alfalfa & Straw. Round and Square bales.
Last week we had a load of Alfalfa from Genoa, NE.

We had a big sale last weekend since the weather was nicer. The better the weather is the bigger the sale we have.
Come out and join us when you can, we'd be glad to have you! Bring a friend!

Hey RoseRanch - did this used to be the Mihura Auction many, many years ago? I used to buy hay there.

Hey guys,

Heard someone say that I was in Ninja mode. Nope! I know it may be a little hard to believe coming from me, but,

I am into voyeurism. Just sit back and enjoy all the chatter without having to break fingers on this keyboard and
never miss a thing.

Teach, Monty, Sooner, it comes with age.

Oh Grasshapper, you have much to learn.

Actually that is bad considering I signed up a month before you and I am no where near your talking level and I used to be called Little Miss Chatter Box

So.... talk more? Apparently, you must be a little out of practice.

Faerie, I'll have to ask people who have already met you in person if you're really shy in person. It is hard to believe because you're so outgoing and funny on here, and I'm so glad you talk so much! And BarnSwallow is still Little Miss Chatter Box... I can't wait to see you again Jeannie; and to meet you in person, Kae!

I tend to hide in public. I can handle one on one conversations alright... as Monty and P&B can attest. But I'm extremely jumpy and shy around crowds. No idea why, so I just tend to say not much at all. Then I start talking at my shut-up-button ends up broke.

Yes, Mihura had it, then Higgins had it, now Guy Rose does. Guy has had it for a little over 10 years now.

I always enjoyed going to that auction and I'm glad it's still there - good luck with it!

Thanks! We have made some changes in the last year to make things better for our customers. We have a concession vender now that serves food & drinks.

I will be in the tent...probably the one that sounds like a bear is hiding in...I will be the large lump on a cot...the smaller lumps kick when you mess with them
