Well I got all the birds moved fresh straw in all the pens and cages now it is time to watch some olympics and NasCar to cheer for our local racer Jamie McMurray, there is a history with my family and Jamie, my wifes family and my family use to race go-carts against him when he was around 8-9 yrs old, so thats the reason we watch NasCar other than that I could care less lol

Orshelns has straight run assorted ducks for sale now and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on determing duck type and sex of the ducklings. I dont really want any pekin ducks and would prefer mainly hens.

Together, we're a trip. Either we do alright together, or people back up and watch to see if there will be an explosion. We haven't managed to strangle each other yet... but there's a first time for everything, right?

I'll probably have a different tip color by the time I meet you Teach... I change the color every couple weeks when I get bored. Next week, the tips will probably be blue, or green. Maybe purple. I haven't decided yet.

Hello all. We ended up getting 2 inches of rain yesterday. It has been a lazy day for me. I didn't get off the couch until 11:00 this morning. I ended up sleeping there because I was coughing so bad last night. We went to town to grab lunch. I was craving Subway for some strange reason. We grabbed some more feed for the birds and came home. The last contractor came over to look at the house today. Hopefully we will get some call backs from the 5 that have visited so far. I started taking breathing treatments today and am feeling a little better. They tend to make me shaky, but at least I can breathe. I took a nap when we got home from town and woke up about an hour ago. I think when DH gets home from feeding cattle, I will take a hot bath and go to bed after dinner. Yup that sounds like a plan to me. So how is everyone else doing today?
