It's not a weight loss group...it's just him and Jennifer. She did a lot of research before they started it...they then decided it might benefit others so they put their progress on facebook.

The name is Metabolism ...something...I can't remember the whole name. It goes in 3 phases and teaches you to eat right...but I prefer to eat left. LOL
