And thank you, Grace????( hope that is your first name)for hocking me up with Cammy, hope she contacts me! I do think for right now I will just stick to only the Marans for now, but I do know how addictive this little hobby can become. We use to have chickens guineas, one tom and a pair of peacocks!I believe I can see where this may lead! We also love auctions as well, we always go to the Chupps auction, never have checked out the poultry though, too busy tryng to keep up with the junk, oops I mean the treasures! We also used to not miss the Guy Rose auction! Then we got into boating and that as well as work took up all our time! Right now we have a pair of wild Canadian Geese with last years family on the pond, I believe they are going to use the duck house for their nesting again this year! Thanks again everyone!

It shouldn't have been too hard. Everyone has been relatively quiet the last couple of days. I was able to keep up while driving!

Edited to add that of course there were only 3 posts in an hour.

That sounds cool - what was the magic formula?
I have frizzle NN eggs in the incubator, that I bought at the Fletcher auction. Carla brought them. I decided that if I was going to venture into the world of dinosaurs, I ought to have pretty ones.

Glad you clarified the number of posts you read while driving. I was imagining all the horrible things that can happen when distracted at 70 mph.

I have a red NN roo and I can put him with my Cuckoo Marans hens. I can also use BR hens if I had them.

Then why frizzles?

Who said I was doing 70? It was the back roads from work. I was only going about 60. I was in no hurry to get home. I needed a short break. Even doing 60, it only takes about 20 minutes, but it was 20 minutes alone with no complaining or whining.
