I've been trying to retire since 1999, but, For the Good of the Army. I am a Linguist. Now I finally have a retirement date, 14 October 2011, that will give me 39 years of Military Service. I'm still thinking about making it a career, not sure just yet.

I'm a bit of a linguist myself. I speak English and profanity fluently.

I took that as a 'given', I saw your avatar. Kinda comes with the territory.

I will have to let you know closer to time. It would be great to get to visit with you, and I think you would enjoy the auction, but that week we are doing a church VBS. We let out at 8:30, so I could be at the auction by 9:00..... if I was not already worn out!

VBS during the spring??
ep.gif
I always thought that was a summer thing.

Where is Dandi/Sherri at? Haven't seen her post in awhile. Hope she's okay!

I "get" to do two VBS's this year. One in the spring at a mission church, and one in the summer at my own church. So, yes, it's normally a summer thing

Sherri had a family member (not her daughters) in the hospital that she was staying with. And they had a show last weekend. I suppose she's just too busy to get on.

The judging starts at 8:30.
And now that I've gotten around to replying, I see that Sooner and Nana have answered your question about where it is.

OK, disregard my earlier post with the confusing
directions to the Pryor Show....
hu.gif
I made a
couple of phone calls and got the information.

From Hwy 69, turn east on Graham (Main St) in
Pryor. Go east to Elliott (last light in downtown),
Fisherman's Friend convenience store is on the
corner. Turn left...then immediately curve to
the right. That will put you on "old" Hwy 20.
Continue east for about 1 1/2 miles. The
fairgrounds is on the south side of the
highway.

Ahhhhh......that sounds better.

Have a good one !
