Ive seen a dozen Silkie eggs from Hattrick Silkies go for a tad over 500 on Eggbid, and their birds go for over 1000.

Monty I should have a few extras that I could part with. Those girls are real troopers when it comes to laying! And I am getting 100% hatches out of them too, consistantly.

Hey everyone....we are getting some slow rain now. Sounds like everyone has had a lazy sort of day. I wish I could say that. We went to my parents house and started getting everything packed up to get it ready to move the house out. It was so hard going through their stuff...felt like I was invading their things.

We thought we were going to be ordering our house today. HOwever, when we got down to it the price was just too high. Thought if we were going to spend that much on a double wide we should just build. Keep us in your prayers and thoughts that we will make the right decision. We also met with the appraiser and surveyer to hopefully finish up on the estate of my parents. I'm so ready for it to be over.

Had BUNCHES of chicks hatch last night and today. I certainly have a ton of babies. I will in a few days take a head count and see what I have to sell and will be bringing them to POOPS.

Just a few more days until POOPS.

I went to the Fletch sale stuff was [[HI]] I bot a few bird's . One thing for sure it's wet out...
Some of the hen's wer so hi...Egg's wer hi ..Man i should have brot some of my stuff didnt wont to take it in the rain...

I sure wish I could have gone to the Fletcher auction. Instead, I'm stuck in a little cubicle inside a big aircraft hangar and the computer system is down, so there is no work for me to do. Luckily, I brought my trusty laptop computer so I can stay informed!

I don't know if it's a good idea to have all this internet access .... I just bought an AKC male Komondor puppy in Missouri .... with just a few clicks from my computer and paypal and .... well, looks like I'm gonna have to make a trip to Missouri next weekend. One more puppy won't hurt ... as long as I don't keep aquiring puppies like I do birds!

Oh, and I talked the seller into taking less $$$ on the price of the puppy with some of my turkeys in trade! Can I blame my new Komondor obsession on Les & Teva? I guess I'm one step closer to needing a therapist to help me out.

Gosh, I sure needed to go to Fletcher ... we have tons of eggs and chicks and big birds too! Heck, I just wanted to go to visit with everyone. It sure is lonely in this little office all by myself

I wonder how the "new" Blanchard auction went tonight?

Not that I'd want to check that one out ... just curious.
