How did everyone weather the storms yesterday?

My backyard goes squish when I walk out there, and our ditch in front of the house nearly flooded the road. But my part of west Tulsa survived just fine.

I am missing my ducks mucking around in our temporary swamp land......we get huge ponds when ever it rains that much.and we got less than most around us....Glad everyone is okay ! 'Aren't muckin boots great Grace

Bought mine last night!! I have some serious dirt work to do around my house. My yard looks like " A River Runs Through It" when it rains hard and fast, my nephews therapist came yesterday at noon and parked at the road and walked the rest of the way to the house, she drives a miata and was afraid she wouldn't make it.

I always have to wear muck boots in my chickens' pens! *ha* We just happened to be out in the barn when the storm hit. We thought we'd sit it out, but after about 45 minutes we gave up.

I've never been to incredible pizza. Don't they have indoor go-carts? My birthday's next month, hm...

I got there about 10 AM lsat week, and folks were packing up to go home!
It was crummy weather, so I understood. I expect a much better turnout tomorrow. I'll probably get there around 9:30 or so. Can't seem to get everyone out the door quick enough.

I had the duckling out in my lap last night, after letting him swim. (He didn't seem to like the swimming much.) Clark came home from work in his uniform, and it scared the poor duckling! He was running all over the place cheeping! I told Clark not to feel bad, that everyone freaks out when they see the cops. *ha*

Well I haven't caught up on my reading but I am back from sunny Florida. We had a blast but I am pooped. Six days at Disney World will do tha to you. Good to see some new members aboard and that the old ones are behaving.
I'll visit more later.
