Hot dog is still sleeping. We were up until 1 am this morning. He watched Dora while I swept and mopped floors.

I was awake early, but seen it was still dark out so I said the Heck with it and went back to sleep.

Aside from that though, Does anyone have or know where I can get 2 mature Buff Orpington roosters? I'm also looking to buy a half dozen laying RR reds and or Barred Rocks. With roosters

I traded a Buff rooster to a friend whoi needed one for some rabbits and as luck would have it my only Buff rooster up and dies on me so I have 2 RR Red roosters in with the girls and now they need therepy

I'm hoping to find healthy grown birds as I'd like to be producing eggs for the bator now and I want a larger flock free ranging in what next yrear will be the garden again

Got more hard rain last night. Everything is finally soaked really good. Now the heat is back. I over did yesterday and payed for it last night. My instructions are to stay inside toaday. Wonder if that means I can mow! I'm sure it does in man language!lol. The heat and humidity together is an accident waiting to happen for the chicks. They sure don't do well in it. Giving lots of boiled egg,hopefully it brings them thru.
