i know what you mean, I came home with 6 birds that I didn't have a place for but I worked it all out. I can't seem to say no.
Sooner, i know where a leg color chart is but i can't post it here as its on another poultry forum. If you'll pm me your email address i can send you the link.
The chart tells you which colors dominate others for breeding purposes.

Start with the wattles, then earlobes. For the Comb start at the back cut straight up from where it joins the base of the head, make a second cut slightly rounded from the back to the base of the bill, you will have a good reference line in the comb to work from, from there trim each side at th erear to slight angle this will aid in a rounded apperance, next you will want to clear the nostrils so they are not covered.
