Yes they will prey on chickens but they are a lazy predator. They won't pull birds or rabbits through the wire like a Racoon will and are more likely to eat feed out of the feeder and eat eggs left in the coop.

My wife makes out a list weekly about the things that could be done without me....at first it hurt my feelings...mainly cuz she chiseled it in stone then threw it at me but then Ilearned her range so it ain't that bad...

lol total riot ... you better be careful she might make her own byc profile and stalk your words , if she already hasnt lol
teach my bosses wife is a school teacher at a private Lutheran school , and i have enabled her to hatch eggs in her class room lol , hence the plan to make her husband ( my boss ) build a coop so their family can enjoy birds
i supplied the lg incubator and 42 fresh fertile hatching eggs , and she has since gone to work on the other teachers at the school
My wife likes a site where they talk about organizing and cleaning things...I think they have competitions to make the best lists. I keep her around so i have a slight check control...I still step out real regular...learned the range on the shock collar also...she is pretty good...helps process meat and if I say a friend needs she agrees real fast...plus she helps out at school our kids or my kids (the ones I teach) She does get mad when I refer to my first wife and children though...cuz she is...but i gotta have my fun...and now I gotta go watch some more ball
