After my busy day yesterday I went to bed at 8:30. My bones and joints just ached. I got up at 6:50. Sun is already shining here. I bet more than just my Partridge will be out today.

Morning all, I normally don't work on the weekends but I was called yesterday by a apt manager who is knee deep in busted water pipes all over the complex, went out there yesterday and got everything capped off, now to go out there and fix them all, yeah fun I know, I hate plumbing LOL.

WEll we missed the snow last night but it seems the cold front bring it is just now roaring thru! I had gotten up and let the Tacos out and we were laying on the couch and just went back to sleep when it blew the door open! Now it is really roaring in the tre tops and blowing a little snow with it!I'm surprised there wasn't a storm with sudden a change.
I'm with you Al ,I hate plumbing!
Glad it didn't snow,today is the local sale day. And next weekend is the regular chicken sale in Elkton. I think I have found a couple of friends on the Tn thread that are going with me to it so that should make it even more fun.

Mornin Wayne : Well I finally got my own water going in the house, I have a pasture tap out in front and it had been leaking a little deep down maybe 2 1/2', well it froze and froze the main line to the house also. I didn't want or couldn't dig that deep in frozen ground so I lit a fire in 2- 1/2 barrels and then just moved them around the yard all day. It worked and now we have water, I still have to dig it up once it warms but I got a shower LOL.

Wayne : How do your Taco's do when you let them out to do their business in the snow & cold, Mine won't have any part of it.

They don't like it either! We have to make them stay out or they will come back in and want to do it in the house! So mamamakes sure they get it done outside! They have this funny three legged walk they do,I guess they have one foot thatis more sensitive!lol
