As you all know I must keep up Trandition so WTS here is a preview of my Super bowl Munchies.
Homemade Italian Beef & Sausage on fresh Homemade Italian bread rolls.

The meat seasoned and ready for the oven.
The secret juice Bath.
The beef is done, sliced super thin and absorbing the flavor of the Juice.
The sausage cooking, then it too goes into the juice bath to add even more flavor.
The rolls are being made now and will be ready in a few hours. This dish is served with the sausage first on the roll, then a Man size helping of the beef w a spoon or two of the juice, and topped with sauted green peppers & Onions.
Then evacuate the women & children from the area cause it get's real serious at this point LOL.
