. Ya, my wife is really starting to like the game birds, especially the asiatic type fowl...so we have bantam shamos and asils, gonna do some crossing and keep some pure. I want the color we have in our asils in my shamos...​

I have cochins and they are quite cold hardy - all those feathers. I have a couple that insist on sleeping on top of the coop every night. They only stayed in at night during the snow storm! The heat is more of a problem - they need shade in the summer.
