Carah,

What is Mexican meatloaf? You should share that recipe.

-Keith-

I think it's another term for tacos, Stimp - or maybe your favorite - tacos with grits!

Mexican meatloaf:

1.5lbs hamburger (browned)
1 onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( I use cream of anything on hand)
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 med jar of picante sauce
1 bag of corn chips (not frito's)
1 bag grated cheese (can use slice)

Brown hamburger & onions, drain return to skillet, add soups & picante sauce till heated through. In a 9x13 pan put a layer of crushed cornchips, layer your meat mixture & crushed chips & cheese (should be 2 layers) add cheese on top, cover with foil & bake approx 20-25 mintues, removing the foil on the last 5 mins or so to brown.

*** I save all the crumbs in the end of the bag that no one wants to eat in a ziplock bag & use for this. Original recipe calls for Dorito's but any corn chip works except frito's (the stick bad). I like mine hot but everyone else doesn't so I usually will add pepers to one end.

Donnie,

I have some really weird new colors (not chocolate, I don't think) but interesting. They are 2 generations down from blue partridge and lemon powder blue...some (I think) are penciled silver partridge and silver ginger. None for sale just yet...still working on color as well as type.

It is a favorit around here, for me it is quick & easy meal when we are on the run & the leftovers (when there are any, boys!) are great.

Joe since your out would you check mine too?

Tucker likes the cold and snow about as much as me. My life's goal is to move to the equator and never see another snow flake as long as I live!!!!! Normally he is a very good hunter, he is forever killing rodents. We also have a lab/rot mix she is his personal "earth mover". They are a hoot to watch, little Tuck directing the larger dog (little bug) where to dig, or what pile of twigs need moving then off on the chase the go. Rodents are usually toast, squirels on the other hand almost always get away.

Our Neighbors have a Jack Russel and a Wiener dog and neither of them are interested in hunting. Their yard is full of gopher hills. Our cat has caught a few. Apparently gophers aren't very tasty - the cat leaves the gopher carcases for the dog and even he won't eat then. Must be too gritty with sand?
