No Joe this was down at Christe, it was today. They were talking about it this morning early.
Yes the quake was amasing. Just unimangineable at the possiblity for the death count. And now they are relly worried about the nuclear plants. Looks like it may get worse for them before it gets better. You look at all those cars and boats being floated around and wonder how many people were in them. Surely they weren't all empty. You have to wonder that if there was that major of shift of the crust there,it would seem likely that there would be a counter shift somewhere else! Scary! They said it moved the Whole island of Japan 8 feet! Thats awesome!

She is doing alot better today but not over it. She is starting to cough alot & I am hoping that it is starting to break up. She is up & around alot more so that is a good sign.

That is so sad to hear about the house fire! It makes me so sad that so many are so careless as to let these fires to get started.

yes that is the same one it was between cristy and stillwel on england holer road i think i think three kids seveved it is sad there have been a lot of quakes in the last mounth

For those of you who live in small rural towns with volunteer firefighters...if you get a chance to take them something to drink, please do so. We took gatorade and water to out firefighters this afternoon at about 3:30. They had been out on the large fire south of Morris since about noon. They really appreciated the cold drinks. We just parked on the side of the road and held the drinks out as they drove by and they would slow down and grab them as they went by!!

We still intend to go to the Blanchard auction to visit with lots of BYC Okies. We took a pickup load of birds to Blanchard auction this evening ... wyandottes, marans, spitzhauben, and turkeys: Bourbon Red, Narragansett, and Royal Palm. Oh, and we'll take our usual hatching eggs there tomorrow.

Renia and Maribeth, I saw some Madagascar Game hens? at the Blanchard auction. Well, they looked like turkens to me, but they said they're Madagascar. Speaking of that, I bought some Madagascar Game pullet chicks a few weeks ago
