Thats right, I forgot. But for a reason. Carl doesnt like ducks and didnt like having ducks. With Zues being his dog and more attuned to him he got ahold of the ducks. After Carl got onto him for it and told him no he didnt touch them again. They wandered the yard all the time.

I have a story about The Bear, your pup's papa.

My great nieces and nephews were visiting once. The niece was playing in the small pasture that connects to my neighbor's property. The neighbor's rott was going berserk, trying to get through the fence (mostly bluffing I think). Bear placed himself between my niece and the rott. And wherever she ran, he kept himself between them and never took his eyes off the neighbor's dog. He didn't bark or growl, but he meant business.

I had a cream colored chow growing up named Missy. My grandmother bred chows and sold them all over the world. She game me a pup that was 6 weeks old when I was around one. We grew up together and she often cared for me as one of her own....complete with taking naps with her and her pups in the shop. She was the best dog I have ever owned....as much as I love my lab.... I remember Missy fondly over 25 years later. Strangely enough I remember even my mom could not discipline me in the yard or house with her there cause it would upset her. I was allowed outside alone with her because she kept me in the yard and anyone but family out of the yard. I still love her...even after all these years

Do you like golden retrievers? My bro. has a GR/Collie cross, if it wasn,t spoiled so much by my niece it would be a very good guard dog. It is okay as one now but could be better. He is beautiful though.
