I have 4 dozen in the fridge and getting 7-11 each day. My misison is to look up egg receipes.

Mostly from my laying flock that is a hodge podge of everything. I sell some of them but haven't had time to get my sign back up.

Sooner how many laying hens do you have? I have some where around 100. Getting 5- 6 doz a day

There is also one in the recipe section that they make in a mini muffin tin that they freeze & use as breakfast on the go, if you are interested I will see if I can find it.
