poco- thanks!! for now she is inside part of the time, in her cage at nite, and loves hanging out in the empty coop in the afternoon- much easier on the ears that way! i am hoping a small group of keets would be the answer for her, heard that after about 6 weeks they won't defer to older guineas, so am thinking a few babes might do the trick for her

Morning and Update,
Talked to my mom in the hospital last night. She sounded alot better and pretty positive considering she is almost 82, broke her leg and now has a pin from her hip to her knee. She has to go to a rehabilitation hospital fro 1 to 3 weeks. My brothers have done alot to look after my Dad, who still doesn't have electricity at home. Michigan got a Oklahoma style ice storm. I sure am glad for my brothers!
Have changed my plans to stay here for Spring break of course. DH will take care of the chickens, no worries there.

I haven't caught up on post yet but I saw yours and wanted to clear them up for you.

1. I would think the best way is anyway to get the word out on your sale bird's we do normally have a long list of seelers birds that will be there.

2. No need for any canopy's, the main selling area will be under the big pavlion, there is planty of water and electrical plug's everywhere. The inside area is reserved for the food and dinning room.

3. There is normally several folks who are NPIP certified in our group, we will just have to wait and see if somebody would like to help test birds and I am not sure on the cost if any.

4. Luckily there is plenty of parking, there is a huge nice open field right next to the barns with a roadway all the way around. also parking lanes along the side. You can drive right up to all areas and unload then park, there are 2 large doors at the dinning room to drop off food and misc. there is 2 drive up openings to the pavilion selling area. in short access is very good and easiliy accessable without confusion, I will try to recruit a parking czar to help direct folks.

good morning okies, that was a pretty good rain we just had here in choctaw. Hope I can get some more raised beds built in the garden. So much to do, so little time. Finally got around to starting some tomato seeds, almost 600 so far.

Just started raining here, pretty hard too. good thing I am working inside today LOL.
Robin How come you can't make POOPS this year ??.
