was peering into the recess in front of the engine, I got a shot of hot anti freeze in the face and realized it was shooting out of the top of the radiator!!!!!!!!

well- 3 hours there and 3 back, physically too much for us- with davids knees and my hips- okc was pushin it for us- then you add gas prices and the condition of the car- it just won't work this time.... so will have to just toss some donation art your way!

Al- Im gettin some meaties and have a few questions. How much do you usually get yours to weigh? How much feed will one eat in 8-10 wks? How much are they worth after they have been dressed and whats the avg. Dressed weight? Ive seen whole chickens for $5 a lb at the okfood co-op.

Mister Al I have a question!!!! (Hand waving in the air)

ON the processing display with the chance to buy, will there be a time frame that it happens & will there be a list of whom want to buy a bird???

I hope to be able to watch the process & buy!!!!

Robin, you know I will take your stuff down for you! We will make arrangments as it gets closer. I am sorry you guys don't get to go.

My computer died yesterday, not sure what the problem is

Don't know when it will be fixed, but DH needs it for work so hopefully not long.

Al - Thanks for the info. Knowing I don't need to bring a canopy gives me more cage space.

Robin - If Sooner doesn't have enough space, I can carry birds or whatever else needs carried to POOPS. We're in Haskell, about 30 minutes from your place. Also, if you could tolerate the drive, I have a comfortable passeger seat in the Tacoma. I'm sure Victoria wouldn't mind sitting in one of the seats behind the bucket seats. We are going to drive down early Saturday morning (leaving at about 6:00 a.m.), stay Saturday night in a hotel and drive back Sunday morning. You're welcome to join us. I doubt your DH would enjoy the seats in the access cab, though. If you both wanted to go, maybe there's another comfy seat available in another BYC vehicle headed to POOPS this year.
