Robin - The chick looks like a Cornish Rock Cross to me.

Beth - Here are a few pictures of the babies. Banded babies are pure bred Ameraucanas. I think a few lost bands already. I'll be able to figure this out for sure when I do a count. We have the numbers and colors written down.

Black rooster over blue and splash hens. The brown chick is a mystery. He shouldn't be brown, but he's from the same hatch.

That is strange! Maybe it will be a new color! Those ducklings are so cute. I just love them even tho they can be so messy!lol. Thier little faces have so much personality!Liked the topknot one!

I should have another half dozen Pekins hatching next week. I love the smiles they wear when I'm bringing a fresh dish of food. They get all wiggly and happy. I'm still trying to invent new ways to keep them from bathing in their waterer.

Poco, thanks for helping my friends out, wish I could have been thier to put a face to the name, hope you didn't feel like you went back in time 20 yrs. when you saw them.LOL

Check these out! They are on the local GOLSN. They say they are all blue egg layers! They are very proud of them! $18 each! Strange they have single combs and no beards!
