Thats what I was discussing with Sooner thru PMs. It is doing ok but I think Im going to make some minor adjustments to the recipe and see how that works. The clothes smell and feel clean, I even washed a load of towel and they feel great. I had a problem with a grass stain(I think) on a pair of jeans but most laundry soaps do that so not too concerned. The only other problem I have is one of my kids is going thru puberty and is very active, therefore his BO is pretty strong right now. His shirts were clean and smelled great but there was a hint of BO left in the armpits of the shirts. So I think Im going to make some minor adjustments to the recipe and see how it works. to use the patch up that I made I am washing the extra blankets in the house(been needing to do that for a while) and the towels and some of the bedding. Should be able to make a new batch by next week....
could i send my eight graders to you so you can wash their stuff.....had to give them another talk about putting your jacket on when you are sweaty and nasty puts sweat into your jacket that causes bacteria and that causes the smell...wash your jackets! then Imight have thrown something...we talked about deoderant use...and the need of the use..and using it....like tomorrow...using it...on your pits...and soap...lots of soap and suds...on all your parts...twice...some three times
NPIP tester came today. Took us 3 hours to test the birds and swab for AI. We only have to test half my birds now, and after one more year, it will go down to 1/4. Still need to reduce my flock drastically, but how does one do that????
