they all see me agian even if they pass! There is no motivation! No matter what yyou get to see me...I tried telling them it is the difference between seeing me once a day and twice a day...they don't get it or really like seeing me

Hey Teach whats the gossip in your neck of the woods on consolidating all the small schools to one per county.. theres been lots of talk here about it and they done closed one small school a coulpe of weeks ago.. im not a teacher but i work with a guy that his wife has been for 30 years and he is telling me what she is saying is going on.. man i hope they leave it alone for more years then i will have mine all out of school

Big fire North of Spencer. Its headed up toward the Jones area.
Okiechick and mRuzycki live out that way. I think BethinOklahoma is north of Jones morte toward Arcadia.
Not sure if any other of our peps are in that area.

She is a bit of a power monger. the idea is that too much money is spent on administration and it would be better to centralize that for cost effectiveness. The other idea is to streamline schools and make them more like each other...it isn't that the small schools are going to be closed due to size...it is more of a money issue. There is less money for each student and therefore less foreach school. Yes im sure thats true .. its the same with most all the state agencies . i work for DOC and i aint liking the furrloughs at all.. i guess the higher ups never stopped to think that all those big raises they gave themselves and all the useless spending would one day catch up with the system and thats why they are whinning that the state is broke..
